I’ve been through at least 5 different door locks and not one of them has held up like this one has. Installation was easy and quick, mostly because I’ve done this a few times already. The reason for 4 stars is because sometimes my fingerprint doesn’t work. I then have to type in the passcode when I was to lock and unlock the door. I also wish it came with 2 keys instead of one but that’s not a deal breaker. I don’t really use the app, but it’s there if I need it. Four stars for the unit, but 2 stars for Angi. This unit seems to be very well made. It seems very sturdy and the pieces are quite heavy. I bought this in chestnut and I like the color. I would advise anyone considering the professional assembly to truly understand the complexity of the installation if it needs to be cut to size. Angi grossly underestimated the amount of time involved. The tradesman has to cut the wooden shelves and the metal bars to fit. All the drawers need to be assembled, and the glides attached. The entire unit needs to be attached to studs (preferably) and/or anchored into the wall. And of course it needs to be leveled. I was allotted two hours to complete the job, which is ridiculous. When I contacted Wayfair, they did reschedule Angi to finish the job, but what a fiasco. You will save a huge amount by doing this, but it was very inconvenient to say the least.. Karen. MD. The locksmith came to install the lock and we discovered that two of the four batteries that came with the unit were dead. I called Wayfair's great customer service folks, who are sending out four fresh batteries. Normally this would not be an issue but I have never seen these batteries before. They are CR 123A 3V lithium batteries. In researching these, the internet says the batteries should have a 10-year shelf life, I don't know why they would be dead. The lock seems sturdy and very well made. I have three other keypad locks that take AA batteries and I am constantly replacing them. When I get power on the lock I will update my review.. Brenda. Smart Living Technology is a voicemail in Tempe, AZ that doesn't return phone calls. I ran in to multiple problems including a broken wire to the shower valve and left multiple voicemails and never get a call back. You're on your own. The directions were clearly translated from Chinese and make no sense. The shower jets have no system to fasten them to the wall. I think they are supposed to rely on the plumbing to hold them in place? I'd never know because the directions are pointless. I ended up having to silicone them in and strap them from behind. I had to solder the broken wire in the thermostat valve. The lights on the LED are programable ones that let you change color and give you all kinds of colors except a decent white light. The Moen digital shower controller is a nice upgrade. We needed a controller on the opposite side of the shower from the shower head, so the water could be turned on without entering the shower. I thought the instructions were very easy to follow and was supplied with extra screws just in case. The only suggestion that I have is that in one of the areas to hang clothes the bar is too low to actually hang shirts or even folded pants. But I think you could easily place it higher in that specific unit. (I have indicated the section in the picture provided.) I have not problem in recommending this product.. Kl. Penticton, BC.
