Took me about 20 minutes just to get it out of the box and unpacked, then it took way too long to assemble. I have a bad back and neck and it’s not easy for me to sit on the floor for more than a few minutes at a time. There is a part of assembly with what they call the long axis (axsi is printed in the book) that is really frustrating because you have to remove their bolt and washers from one end to install and it is covered in grease. While the assembly was a literally a pain for me, using it seems like it will be worth it. The resistance control is a dial in the center below the monitor which is different for me but seems easy enough. I connected the wires from the monitor to the hand sensors bar the only way they would connect and I’m not getting a reading from it. Honestly that’s not a big deal for me as it does not affect my performance, but I’m sure I’ll have to look at it some more to make it work. I’m just too tired right now to care. I actually bought the under desk peddle machine for my wife for her legs and lower body. I tried it, and wow, after at least a few minutes, my lower body felt great. The delivery was to the exact date and the machine was well boxed with all its components. One thing about it is how easy to operate its speeds, noiseless, clean and easy to store. Arrived very quickly and was packaged very well. Assembly took about an hour or so, but everything fits tightly and it worked right away. There are a lot of great things about this exercise bicycle starting with the manageable size. It does everything a good exercise bike should do, but it's not bulky at all. The resistance knob to make it easier or harder is easy to turn and the seat adjusts nicely. A few things I love about it are the stretch arm and chest strengthening bands. They're in the perfect spot and I really appreciate getting a more complete workout. It's easy to reset and the display cycles through distance, speed and miles per hour and if you have your hand on the bars, it measures pulse and records it. This 40 inch Rebounder Trampoline is great. It holds up to 500 lbs so I know it's sturdy. It was super easy to assemble - the bungie cords are already pre-assembled. The adjustable handle is very sturdy and also holds a cell phone. I didn't think I wanted the handle attached but I'm glad I did - it makes for a lot less stress while rebounding and keeping your balance (at least for a novice).
