This is newly installed so I'm hoping it's durable. It's really pretty and works well with the lights pointing upward too. We have a surface mount medicine cabinet so our only option was to mount this fixture with lights up. It looks great and our contractor had it installed in minutes. This vanity has a very sleek appearance. It is extremely heavy duty but not difficult to lift nor concerns with positioning it for installation.
