I was genuinely impressed when this vanity arrived. It’s absolutely beautiful and looks even better in person than it does in the photos. The craftsmanship is excellent, and you can immediately tell it’s a high-quality piece of furniture. The materials feel sturdy and durable, and the hardware has a premium look and feel that really adds to the overall design. Unfortunately, I ended up changing the layout of my space and wasn’t able to use the vanity as originally planned. That had nothing to do with the product itself. If my plans hadn’t changed, I definitely would have kept it. Based on the quality, appearance, and construction, I would absolutely recommend this vanity to anyone looking for a stylish, well-made piece. Our contractor opened the box and found that the sink had a crack running the length of the sink. We contacted the manufacturer through the Wayfair website. We heard back from the manufacturer within 24 hours and they told us that they would replace the sink. However, there is no way that one can separate the sink from the countertop. We called a Wayfair representative and within 24 hours Wayfair had reordered our item to replace the broken one. It arrived today and looks beautiful. I would rank the vanity 5 stars out of 5 stars and thank Wayfair for such prompt resolution of the problem; however, I ranked it 4 stars out of 5 because of the inconvenience of receiving the broken item. There should be quality control in regards to checking an item before packaging it. There was no evidence on the package that something was damaged in transit. We have ordered a lot of items from Wayfair and this was the first time we had a problem. We would definitely order from Wayfair again, especially with their customer support team!. Emily.
