Home Decorators Maeford Upholstered Accent Chair

Highly recommend this set of 2 accent armchair made of high-quality linen and chenille fabric. It is composed of a solid wood frame and legs, capable of supporting up to 330 lbs. It is suitable for both use as a lounge chair and as a single-person sofa. Around the high-density sponge-filled cushion, delicate nailheads are scattered, enabling this armchair to suit modern, farmhouse or mid-century styles. The important thing is that its backrest is also designed with a thickened section and comes with a lumbar support, making it suitable even for a short nap - this is not an exaggeration. We believe that the person who purchases this chair will be able to appreciate its unique and enduring charm.

I ordered two. I love the chairs for the style and look. The cushions are firm but not uncomfortable. The size is what I wanted. The seat is wide enough for a larger person. It’s not a squishy sink down into seat but more a sit up and have a conversation seat. I thought of giving it a 3 because on one chair the back would not slide into the bracket that attaches it to the seat. It was screwed in slightly off so my husband had to redrill the bracket holes and realign it so it would slide together.. Carole. Sun Oct 18 2026

This upholstered lounge chair features a streamlined silhouette with a pillow back that brings a relaxed, contemporary feel to your home. It's crafted with a solid and engineered wood frame, and it rests on splayed legs for a mid-century modern look. The foam-filled cushions provide a supportive seat while you're reading or relaxing in your main bedroom. Polyester blend upholstery adds a smooth texture across the surface, and the enclosed sides create a tailored profile.

These two accent chairs are a perfect addition to my downstairs space. While I initially chose them for their visual appeal—they fill the room beautifully and make the entire area feel more complete—they have exceeded my expectations in function. They are surprisingly comfortable, making them the ideal spot for guests to land during game nights or movie marathons. It has become a favorite seating area for company, providing both style and practicality when we have a full house. I couldn't be happier with how they tie the room together.. Gary. Louisville, KY. The chair is very comfortable for my back and seat. It's a bit high, however. I'm 5'6"and I cannot put my feet on the ground. The color seems to be different than described. It was described as navy and it looks more like denim. It also has more of an embroidered look than the paisley being part of the fabric design. Shannon. Tampa, FL. Wed Sep 23 2026
