Fast Delivery on this top quality umbrella. I like these crank-tilt umbrellas. The last one we had, that was replaced by this one, worked for over 15 years. The only reason we replaced it is that the cord which is used eventually fails and they are impossible to replace without completely disassembling the center pole with no way to put it back together unless you have the press pins and a tool to replace them. So, in 15 years I will have to replace this one again I suppose. The Sunbrella fabric was in great condition on the old one, only because we covered the umbrella with a high-quality umbrella cover.... the cover is the key to the longevity. Fantastic purchase! First think is this is big and tall. Be prepared to get a lot of sand. I bought 300lbs. and it took it like nothing. Locate and place base begore filling for sure. The umbrella itself is wonderful. It is beautiful and covers a large area and just looks luxurious. It opens abd closes with ease. The 360 degree turning is also easy and a great feature. I bought the 12’x12’ Size and it is awesome! It provides amazing shade on our sun drenched mountain back porch. It’s substantial, impressive and beautiful. I also purchased a compatible wheeled base, which I highly recommend if you think you’ll need it to be portable. The only issue is that the upper canopy arrived with a small tear in it and we’re waiting on next steps from the manufacturer. Love this big monstrosity of a cantilever umbrella - we haven’t had a chance to use it yet and it’s in little cover - but so far so good - it was a bit difficult to put together and you definitely need two people men preferably, lots of sand bags and water -but in the end I am sure you’ll be happy with it.
