I'm very happy with the metal bed frame. Comfortable and sturdy. I have limited storage, so appreciate that I can store things underneath the frame (air conditioner during winter, winter clothes during summer, etc.). I attached the frame to a metal headboard, and it looks like the two go together. The only draw back is that over time the mattress shifts one or two inches on the frame; however it is very easy to shift the mattress back so it aligns with the headboard.. Edisa. NY. Great product. The wood is beautiful and looks to be well sealed. I was able to put the hammock stand together on my own in about 2 hours. It would’ve only taken an hour however I had to take it a part and start over. All the pieces and the holes aligned well. A couple of tips I wish I had before starting: the larger holes need to be on the outside of the frame, not the inside - the instructions do not make this clear. This hammocks design is so flawed it is unusable. The hammock when pulled tight enough to keep your back from hitting the bottom wooden arc is so tight at the edges it flips over. The metal bars that came to secure the wooden pieces together were bent and made putting this hammock together a nightmare.
