Item arrived timely, packed well, and without damage. Assembly, however, was another story. The instructions are absolutely horrible and utterly useless. My husband happens to be very good with diy and assembly so he was able to put it together using the photo of what it looks like completed. So I removed a star for the poor instructions. Anyone purchasing should be aware that you’ll need to be confident in your assembly abilities or know someone who is. Other than that, I absolutely love it! It’s just the right size for my space and provides ample storage. The lights are a nice extra! The ten side drawers are narrow but deep, and they glide very smoothly. The center drawer has the glass top, making your items in there visible. I’m not sure yet whether I’ll be using that drawer for jewelry or cosmetics. The only thing it was missing was a power outlet for hair tools, etc. I simply purchased an attractive surge protector that I could leave accessible and while it does take up some of the vanity top space, you could easily get one that attaches to the side of the vanity and it would still be accessible. I wasn’t sure if I’d like the ‘crystal’ knobs and I’m still not sure and I planned to change them originally, but I may stay with them. My favorite mirror. Not only can you adjust the mirror lights for different lights but you can also adjust the led lights around the mirror. This mirror is nice. I also love that it has the Bluetooth speaker that plays at a really nice volume. My only issue is the display, not sure if the carrier dropped it but the display screen looks a little damaged from the inside of the mirror. As stated in other reviews, the bench is not very substantial (so far so good) but I am being careful with it and plan to eventually replace it. The drawer space is more than adequate for my cosmetics and skincare. The mirror, while a bit difficult to install according to my husband, is beautiful. He mentioned he though small covers should have been included to cover a few exposed screws, but once I placed my things on the vanity they are not noticeable at all. I’m so glad I purchased!!! For starters, I was thoroughly impressed with how well it was packaged. Everything was intact and they paid extra special care when wrapping the mirror and glass. My boyfriend and I put it together and the assembly took about 2.5 hours. I was also SO EXCITED to find out that the drawers are on the roller ball sliders.
