Since I am a down pillow sleeper nothing else works for me so it was important for me to find 75% down (some websites say they are high "feather" count but make sure it's "down" and not goose feathers if that's what you want). The product description was right on, it is 75% down not just "feathers". The only complaint I have is that it's a bit too fluffy (ie a little stiffer than I wanted) but maybe that's because I was used to my old worn out down pillow. Upon opening plastic bags they were in, they quickly expanded and by the next day with a little fluffing they were perfect. Pillow protector appears to be very well made. UPDATE: Washed for 1st time and found stitching on one case completely undone leaving a 3 inch hole that needs to be repaired. Seems completely airtight moisture resistant. Instructions stated to be sure pillow and protector are completely dry before zipper closed. This will prevent possibility of mold growth. Haven’t washed yet but it appears sturdy enough to resist the hot water washing that is recommended.
