Excellent size and goods that it comes in 3 parts. The angled corner piece is great. Conformable not too firm, not too soft. Material seems robustdurable. Giving it a 4 star instead of 5 because there is some undulation of material after use, although likely within normal limits. It also took nearly 5 months to receive. This sectional is beautiful and very comfy! The length of time it took for it to arrive was just over 5 weeks from the date the order was placed. The sofa arrived packaged in multiple layers of plastic wrap and carboard, however, upon opening it we did find a little damage. We're currently working with Franklin Corp. the manufacturer of the sofa to come to a resolution. Also to be noted this sofa DOES NOT come with built in USB ports as mentioned in the product specifications. TBD how the manufacture deals with this issue. First of all— the color is beautiful! If you’re looking for an earthy green, look no further! I love that it’s truly modular and really versatile for your space. I’m hoping the ottoman comes back in stock to really complete the look for us. It’s fairly easy to put together—however, with the corner pieces I really recommend putting one side piece onto the bottom piece and then putting the other side piece on. It was impossible for us to put both side pieces on and then the bottom piece— it just didn’t align with all 4 slide pieces. Once we did it the other way they were easy to put together. Also, the instructions don’t say how to unhook the alligator connectors once you put them together so we had to Google that— you lift up on the side that has the post to dislodge it from the alligator piece. The couch is firm but still comfy (exactly what we were looking for). The couch is low but again, that’s what I was wanting. I’m 5’6” and I can sit with my feet touching the ground and my back on the couch— if you’re looking for a deeper seat then this might not work. Also, cat approved! The sectional is beautiful but the dimensions are totally off by inches wider all around and the corner piece is u shaped not square so it doesn’t sit into the wall. I was told to contact customer service delivery people they don’t take set back. Linda. Wed Jun 03 2026
