I am absolutely obsessed with this couch! Very comfortable very high-quality and all of the features are amazing! I would say the only one thing I don’t like about. It is the fact that it is electric and it has to be plugged in in the house that we are currently in, we have to float our couch rather than putting it up against the wall, so we have to tuck it underneath the cord which of course leaves a hump, which is a nuisance, but hopefully at our next house that we will be moving too soon we will be able to put it up against the wall! This fit my apartment perfectly. I love the storage in the chaise lounge for extra blankets and pillows. The pullout part is so nice for a cozy movie night. I haven't tested out the durability of it just yet though. It is on the firmer side. Which I prefer. I do wish it was a little taller on the backrest, but that would be something you should look for in a recliner style. This hit all the marks for me and I am so happy it was a simple assembly.
