Based on our recent data analysis of return requests, we noticed that most returns were initiated within just 3 days of delivery—often before the cushion had enough time to reach its full size. If your cushion isn't fully fluffy yet, please don't worry! This is not a quality issue or damage. Simply give it a good fluff and allow it up to a week to expand. I read all the reviews and, despite the reviews saying it was not very full of stuffing, I purchased it anyway. It arrived on time and was vacuumed packed which rids it of all air. Yes, it was a bit flimsy, however, I put it in the dryer, and it came to life!! It looked exactly like the picture shown. The cushion is made with 100% polyester for great color and durability, it will work great for both indoor and outdoor use. Seat cushions are filled with a 100-percent polyester fiber sourced from North Carolina and filled right here in Nebraska. The attached ties keep the cushion securely tied to your favorite Adirondack chair, which also works well on a rocking chair. The Adirondack cushion is also circle tacked to eliminate bunching of filling for a perfectly comfortable seat. Lightly spot clean or hand washed with a mild detergent and cool water, and allow to air dry. It does not include a chair, or cushion only.
