Putting it together is why it’s not 5 stars. The directions were less than easy to follow , it took my daughter and I over an hour. The screw holes were not lined up well. I do really like it !. This desk is absolutely beautiful. I am using it as a vanity where I do my hair and makeup. I was looking for a piece of furniture that would blend with my Tommy Bahama bedroom set. This desk has rattan accents that give it a tropical look, which is exactly what I was looking for. It is make of sturdy materials, not flimsy at all. Very solid construction. It is a bit deceiving because it looks like there is a drawer in the middle. But there are only two small drawers on either side. Bring timeless style and practical organization to your workspace with this Mid-century Modern executive desk. Featuring a wide floating-style desktop, warm wood grain finish, and clean linear silhouette, it adds a refined retro touch to any home office, study, or professional workspace. Multiple storage options, including drawers, open compartments, and a file cabinet, help keep documents, office supplies, and daily essentials neatly organized. A built-in cable management hole allows wires from computers, lamps, or chargers to stay hidden for a cleaner look. Crafted with MDF and birch veneer, this desk offers a balanced mix of durability, function, and classic design.

This is a beautiful true mid century solid wood desk and it was fairly easy to assemble (with 2 people). The sections with the drawers arrived assembled so it was only necessary to attach the legs and middle sections before securing the top. Two bolts for the top attachment were missing, but the top is still quite secure. The overall finish is very nice, but the top has a few rough spots and the scoring around the edges of the top also has some minor areas missing the black trim paint. I love the storage options and the large working surface. The file drawer is set up for legal folders, but I was able to change the position of the file hanging bars to accommodate regular files. I was surprised to see the creative way cable management was designed. The middle section of the knee hole has a cabinet with charging and regular outlets that can be accessed through a grommet on the top. The size, features and style of this desk work perfectly for me!. Stacy. US. Wed Jul 01 2026

The Mingle desk brings together functionality, durability, and modern style, making it a perfect addition to any productive workspace.

Not normally the type to leave reviews, nor is this incentivized in any way. I simply adore this desk. Over the past several weeks, I spent much too many hours looking for a desk that was 1) real wood, solid, not damaged upon arrival or prone to immediate signs of wear, 2) something cozy but spacious, suitable for long hours writing, 3) with at least a little charm, personality, elegance while 4) within the realm of reason, price wise. I was seeking a certain stateliness, the almost grandfatherly feeling of a far older and more expensive desk within a brand new and not too expensive one, which is a fairly steep order. So if this checking all my personal boxes can save anyone else the extra headache I'd be happy. Very much the perfect desk. As I was putting it together, the scent of real wood was like the first warm breeze of spring drifting in through the window after a long long winter. I hope this desk will see me through many winters and springs, and plenty of writing to boot. Bonne chance, if you too.. Alaskita. New York. Mon Oct 19 2026
