Incredible packaging, everything you need in the box EXCEPT a masonry bit to drill two holes through your tile to mount the lower portion of the rod assembly. The shower system works as advertised with an easy-to-reach accessible control valve to direct the water flow to either the overhead rain head or the handheld head. We had a previous system that had that feature, but the control valve was located way up by the shower head making it difficult for my elderly father to reach. I love this shower system! We built our dream steam shower and needed a shower system that would work in a huge space. This did it! We did end up installing a new tankless hot water heater so it would work properly. The plumber was not excited to install it and actually asked if it was too late to return it. Was nervous about this purchase but I love it. It looks so pretty. I think I surprised my contractor though because of the two showerheads and the handheld all located on one wall.
