This all-in-one delt machine targets all three deltoid heads through a shoulder press, lateral raise, and a dedicated rear-delt reverse fly, featuring independent movement arms to correct muscle imbalances. With three anterior-delt specific grips—including a new neutral-grip handle for enhanced activation—and high-density padded support, it enables focused, heavy lifting in comfort.
Great shoulder workout machine without buying multiple bulky pieces of equipment, this combo machine is a fantastic space-saver. By combining a dedicated overhead press with a lateral raise station, it effectively targets all the shoulder workout at home.
The absolute standout feature of this machine is its versatility. You can seamlessly transition from heavy overhead presses to isolating your middle delts with the lateral raise arms. Because it uses weight plates instead of a built-in weight stack, the machine is much easier to move and assemble. It also allows you to utilize the standard or Olympic plates you likely already own.
The seat pad is adjustable. The thick, powder-coated red steel frame provides a sturdy and stable base. It doesn't rock or feel flimsy when loaded up with heavy plates. The black upholstery on the seat, backrest, and arm pads makes it comfortable to sit on.
As with most heavy-duty home gym equipment, it took me a couple hours to assemble. i was able to do it by myself. Having a socket wrench set will make tightening all those bolts significantly faster than using the basic tools. It is heavy duty.. Molly. Saint Louis, MO. Mon Apr 20 2026
