Hippo Crib Bedding

A charming heavyweight turns 70. With its open mouth and whimsical expression, the Hippo is a figurine you love at first sight. It’s almost too fun to be true, and it’s easy to understand why Kay Bojesen was inspired by one of the animal kingdom’s most original characters when he created his famous and beloved Hippo back in 1955. Unlike most of Kay Bojesen’s wooden animals, which are often seen in soft and round shapes, the Hippo is somewhat more angular in design with predominantly straight and even lines – yet it excels with a big and loving smile and lots of power and a twinkle in the eye. The Hippo has that unmistakable expression of care and harmony, almost as if the strong wooden figurine communicates, ‘trust me, I’ve got your back’. According to the archives, Kay Bojesen himself had a grey Hippo on his desk. And the round birthday is celebrated with two anniversary editions in FSC® certified beechwood painted in an exclusive grey color – a true hippo color – with the large mouth painted pink. Whether you choose this anniversary version at 9 cm in height or the slightly smaller Liliput version at 6 cm, you get handcrafted quality in a beloved playful and timeless design, where the Hippos with their friendly expression, round eyes, and long strong form will add a touch of coziness and warmth to any room. Use them, for example, as small, surprising design elements in the home, peeking out where you least expect it. The two grey Hippos are only produced in 2025 and will therefore also be perfect as a unique gift for christenings, birthdays, graduations, weddings – or major anniversaries.

Step into a whimsical world inspired by the playful charm of naïve art and the lush mystery of the jungle. Our designers drew from the raw, imaginative brushstrokes of artists like Henri Rousseau, transforming a wild safari into a delightful, child-friendly landscape. This rug isn't just decor; it's a storytelling canvas, inviting little explorers to discover friendly giraffes, curious leopards, and vibrant flora, sparking endless imaginative play right on their floor.

Added this rug to my kids play area! Love how soft it is. I got a rug pad to go underneath because the rug itself seems a little thin. My only complaint is that the rug does not cover the rug pad completely. They both are advertise to be 5x7 measurements so I’m a little confused why the rug doesn’t not lay flush on top of the rug pad.. Anonymous. Sat Oct 10 2026

The Little Love by NoJo Woodland Meadow Musical Mobile features two plush brown hedgehogs and two tan deer. Soothe your baby to sleep while this mobile gently spins and plays Brahms Lullaby. Great for sensory development! Includes mobile parts for mounting and easy to follow directions. Sticker on music box is optional. Fits most standard and convertible cribs. Coordinates with the Woodland Meadow crib bedding and accessories.

Very cute mobile. The packaging was overkill. I could not determine which cords were part of the packing and the mobile. This caused one of the animal cords to be cut! Trying to fix this issue without it being too noticeable. Love the musical wind up and the animals too. Great purchase for the price!. Anne. Covington, LA. Sat Apr 11 2026
