Great addition to a home gym. This 3 in 1 leg press and squat machine is great quality. Assembly was done with 1 person and look around 4 hours. It's not over complicated to set up. You can move the back rest and tilt the foot plate to go between the press and squat quickly. It is obviously a large piece of equipment, I still need to rearrange to find room in my gym.
