As far as I can see from pictures, everything arrived in perfect shape. Edit to add: frame was easy to put together. The fabric pieces arrived with some marks on them so I washed them and they shrunk a bit so they were a tad difficult to put on but I was able to figure it out. This is definitely a smaller-scale sofa, so I wouldn’t purchase it expecting a big, plush living-room couch that you’re going to sink into for hours. The cushions are fairly firm, which I actually prefer for my office since it keeps the sofa looking neat and structured. The simple design also makes it really easy to dress up with pillows or a throw and change the look. Overall, I’m very pleased with it.
