I left one star out because of the screws for the corner seat. They're not long enough so you really got to stuff the alley key in there. Overall the couch is decent and this is a 2-3 person job due to weight. Also a different more precise manual comes in the package than what's on the website. It's very comfortable and has a movie night feel to it. The cushions sink you into the couch almost so all you need is a blanket. Wrist and fingers will hurt from all the twisting but it's worth it. Says a screwdriver is needed but it's not. The alley key is way more useful because of how the screws are shaped at the top. It's a little wide but still fits in my cottage-sized living space. There is a new couch scent so baking soda and vacuuming is a must if you can't stand it but like most new furniture it will eventually dissipate. I thought I was getting the 7 seater instead it’s 5 seater although it’s very comfortable once u break it in. Building the pull out portion the labeling was wrong right and left had to be switched. Other than that it’s cute. The measurements were perfect.I would note that the pullout legs are easily bendndable so be careful moving it just be sure to lift not drag. Pillows could be thinker maybe. Quality of fabric is spot. I’ve been sleeping on here the last 3 nights while I wait for my bed, it’s more on the firm side. Small gap between the pull out and the other couch so be sure to not drop ur phone retrieving it is a little hard. Storage is heavy duty and I love the side pockets. Like I said I wish there was option to choose between three 5 seater or 7 seater because I didn’t realize till the very end that I got the 5 seater. Big fan. The left and right side arrived a few days before the middle piece but all very fast. About a week in and the fluffiness is holding up well. Great for the price, better than I expected Notes the back is slanted as seen in the photos. It makes the couch not as deep, but gives decent back support. When you remove the back cushions to sleep on it, its very wide. The couch in general and ottomans arent very heavy, so the ottomans tend to slide easily when moving around. This couch is AWFUL to put together. The holes are even in the right spots on some. Without the legs on, while unpacking, it scratched up my new kitchen floors. I ended up not even putting the legs on because the screws aren't long enough for the holes and after hours of trying I ended up having to build a wood platform for the couch so the bottom wouldn't scratch my floors anymore. The couch I was shipped doesnt even look the same as the picture- the pillows are flat, and I'm going to have to buy inserts. Its also a completely different color than the couch in the ad. I am very pleased with this sectional. It provides plenty of comfortable seating without making the room feel overcrowded. The cushions are supportive but still soft enough for relaxing, watching television, or spending time with family. This couch is actually pretty decent. Wasn’t sure but the price for the size was great. The seat depth lists 18.9” but it’s really closer to 20” (see photos) the storage is nice but the wooden slats have to be removed if you want to access storage. Other than that it’s very nice.
