Very simple to put together. Getting the covers on the cushions was a little tricky but after doing two I figured it out quickly.To get rid of the wrinkles others have mentioned,as you are zipping the covers reach inside and adjust the cushion.Try to make sure all corners are filled. Also I bought some strips of velcro to make sure the cushions stay in place. Oh make sure you have a person help with getting the back put in. It makes it a little easier. Incredibly uncomfortable. Back seat cushions don't stay put. The frame of the couch is very lightweight and we've had instances where sitting down hard causes the wooden slats to pop out of the metal frame, causing the sitting person to suddenly sink INTO the couch. I love the mid century vibes. I got this and the loveseat. The cushions are firm. I hope they stay that way. There is no neck support and the couch could slide a bit if it's on hardwood, so keep that in mind. I placed the couch against the wall to remedy the no neck and prevent sliding.
