Significant damage from delivery or warehouse storage. Main support leg cracked in two places. Matress support slats covered in sticky smelly substance. Too heavy to return. Replacement parts delayed by three months. Wayfair offered us a full refund but we really needed a bed for my daughter because we were counting on this. So we attempted to fix everything. My husband covered the slats in kills and then a layer of Low VOC paint to cover staining and seal it all in. He reinforced the support leg in both areas. We put it together and then the cheap particle board drawers started crumbling once we tightened the screws in. It’s also very wobbly and creaks a lot with my 5 YO In it. My daughter loves the bed. That being said, it was a pain to assemble. The instructions were vague at best in many parts. Some of the pieces were mislabeled or not labeled at all.
