No cable pullslevers to deal with or fix when they snap. The cushions are VERY comfortable. Feels like my indoor recliner and it doesn’t bottom out when a heavy person sits in it. Good back support. It will lay all the way back, but it wants to pull back up, which is annoying. Despite getting the “pro” assembly one of our chairs seems to rock smoother than the other which is a bit odd. Only thing is I wish the base was a bit heavier to prevent tipping while rocking.
