The Glenn 50 inch storage bench exceeded my expectations in both quality and pricing. I needed the storage for our winter hats, scarves and gloves to have at the ready when venturing out in our northern Michigan winters. I have always called these “deacon benches.” The sizing is generous holding so many items. This would literally work for a family of 6. This is true to size fitting into our foyer exactly as advertised at the 50 inches in width. (See photo). The wood is solid and without blemishes. The finish is a shiny dark brown color. This is solid and strong and does not wobble. The bottom of the storage area is a thinner wood and is rated to hold no more than 30 pounds. My husband assembled this in just under an hour. The small included Allen wrench did not fit the screws so my husband used his own Allen wrench. My only critique is that the included wrench did not fit. This bench is a quality item appearing rich and elegant in my home and I am sure to receive compliments.. Debbie. Gaylord, MI. Fri Oct 23 2026

Very well built. Quality. Took my husband a bit of time assembling, as he put a piece on backwards. Instructions weren’t the best. Once it was completed, it was beautiful. Would highly recommend! The storage area can hold a couple of light throws or more flat objects. Kmf. USA. Sun Jun 28 2026

loved this bench, HOWEVER, by looking at the picture, we thought it was a shade of white. It is a shade of green. The color was listed as Stone/Hickory. Will be returning. Overall, I’m very happy with this bench. The fabric is beautiful, the wood tone is neutral, and the cushion is much more plush and comfortable than I expected. My only complaint is that some of the threaded inserts in the legs arrived with rust, which made assembly more difficult than it should have been. Once put together, though, it feels sturdy, looks high-end, and is a great value for the price.. Bryce. Pensacola, FL. Fri May 29 2026
