I was really happy that the sofa was delivered earlier than the scheduled delivery date. Since it’s a heavy item, Wayfair included free delivery and setup right in my preferred room, which made the whole process super convenient. They also called at least 30 minutes before arrival to make sure someone was home, which I really appreciated. The delivery team was very nice and polite. They brought it all the way up to my third-floor apartment and set it up quickly without any issues. The sofa itself is manual recline, but it’s very smooth and easy to use. You can even recline it almost flat, which is perfect if you want to take a quick nap or just fully relax. The fabric feels soft and slightly velvety, but it doesn’t seem like it will attract dirt easily. It is a bit on the firmer side, like some other reviews mentioned, but still very comfortable for lounging and watching TV in the living room. First, I was surprised at how quickly this arrived-- just two days after I placed the order! Second, I had to get help from a family member to bring it inside, as the box was taller than me and awkward to manage, but extremely well packaged. The next day another family member helped put it together, and we were both impressed how easy it was. And third, it is beautiful! Just exactly the color I love; I wouldn't describe it as "light blue": it is more of a light teal color. The material feels so soft, and I love the two little pillows that came with. I don't know how it'll hold up over time, but for this price it is worth it. I wish now I'd ordered two, because the love seat I had previously in the living room now looks gigantic, whereas the new sofa fits my smallish living room much better. I can see now I had oversized furniture before. The cushions feel a bit uneven: towards the center of the sofa the cushions are firm, which I like. Towards the ends near the armrests, the cushions feel just a bit less firm, but not squashy. Overall I am thrilled-- I'm in love with the color and the feel, and love how it makes the room feel larger. The Big Comfy Couch. It is cushy and plush. It came in 3 boxes. When putting it together, I would suggest putting one box together at a time. This will cut down on mixing up parts and pieces. It is relatively easy to put together if you have general knowledge of putting furniture together. I ordered the charcoal grey. The color is spot on.
