This chair is SO comfortable! The Material is an amazing quality, and is such a smooth soft faux leather. The padding and cushioning of the chair is just right for sitting many hours at a time comfortably. My favorite feature is the width of the chair seat. I like to sit with my legs crossed and there is plenty of room for this. The chair rolls and turns very smooth. The electric recline is a really nice touch if you need to kick your feet and and relax for a bit. I do wish the foot rest would raise on its own, but in order to pull the foot rest up, you also have to recline that back, so that is the only thing I would change about this chairs design. The chair has a battery pack so you do not need to keep it plugged in to use the electronic recline feature. I have waffled on this between four and five stars. The chair is every bit as weighty and good looking as the pictures show. Not quite a chesterfield but chesterfield-like. The "faux leather" certainly feels as you would expect pleather to feel. I'm a fan of full grain leather typically but given the option of this versus a 2k+ chair of real leather it is a good compromise. I will say the following though as a "con" of sorts. There are a few comments here about the pitch of the seat. As an amateur woodworker I mistook this as not understanding that a proper seat needs pitch to be comfortable. The basic pitch (with the back locked) is a bit more than I thought it would be and I can see how a smaller person may not like it. I’ve been really happy with this office chair. I put it in my office and right away I noticed how solid and premium it feels. It has that bigger executive chair look, and the black upholstery gives it a clean, professional appearance that fits really well with the rest of my office. The chair feels very sturdy and well made. The heavy duty metal base gives it a solid foundation, and it definitely does not feel cheap or flimsy. The seat is nice and wide, which gives you plenty of room to sit comfortably, and the high back provides good support when you are sitting for longer periods of time. One of my favorite features is the adjustable lumbar support. I spend a good amount of time sitting at my desk, so being able to adjust the lower back support really helps with comfort. I also like the 3D flip up armrests. They feel comfortable when I want to use them, but I can also move them out of the way when I want to sit closer to the desk or just have a little more space. The height adjustment works well too. The seat can be adjusted from about 20 to 23 inches from the floor, so there is a good amount of range to find a comfortable position depending on your desk setup. The wheels also roll smoothly around my office, and the chair feels stable when turning or moving around. I really like the cushioning and the larger design. It feels like a chair that was made for comfort, not just looks. At the same time, it has a more expensive appearance than a lot of standard office chairs. It really helped make my office feel more complete and gave the space a nicer executive style. Assembly was required took me about 10min, but once everything was put together, the chair felt very solid and secure. The upholstery, padding, base, armrests, and lumbar support all feel like good quality materials. Nothing about it gives me the impression that corners were cut. For the comfort, size, adjustability, and quality, I think this is a really nice office chair. I really like this chair. It is comfortable and looks nice. The cushion seat and back are comfortable with plenty of room. The legs were a little tricky to put on but if the instructions would have been a little clearer on how to twist them in place (wheel part) it would have gone easier.
