The shed is a good, compact size and was purchased specifically to comply with the HOA’s strict height limitations. It just makes the maximum height allowed. It is pretty and sturdy. As noted the instructions are not the best, and for some reason there is a gap in the back so we could not screw the back to the top ( see top right of photo). We liked the size and look of this shed for storing seasonal outdoor chairs and tables. Assembly took about 4 hours including a rain delay. Once we got the floor assembled the rest of it went pretty easily except for the roof which was a real challenge. We ended up securing two corners inside then tucking the rest of it in, otherwise we would get it tucked in and it would come out. Also the door panel had a small dent which I don't think will affect the durability but a little disappointing to have some damage on it. The floor was not very sturdy but my handyman solved that by putting treated wood below it and now it is very sturdy. In addition we used the hardware included and drilled it into the concrete slab we made for it to stand on. The box is very nice and I am happy with my purchase. It is huge and holds all of the things I needed it to. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because it was delivered via FedEx and in true FedEx fashion they had dropped the box on the corner. This delivery box came quickly. It's lightweight, but doesn't move around in the wind. It was also super easy to put together. I put it together on my own in about 5-10 minutes. I'm amazed at how much space is there is. It's actually much larger than I expected and don't get nearly enough deliveries to fill this container.
