We had our contractor install two of these heaters with the covered patio extension we built last spring. Very disappointed with the service I am receiving. I have an issue with the second pump on my brand new hot tub delivered by wayfair. The wayfair team is trying to assist but can not get in touch with the manufacturer. The hot tub itself is beautiful but if you aren`t handy and don`t know how to fix parts, I dont want the same thing to happen to you. The warranty is supposed to cover fixtures, repairs, and broken parts but will not be done if the manufacturer or all state protection does not answer. The Napoleon grill installation instructions were very easy to follow, even the electrical connections. I like to cook on the grill but I always hade to use a flash light but not with the Napoleon 700 grill. The grilling with the Napoleon grill is much easier with the lighting it has and makes cooking on it much easier when you can see what your cooking. The grill heats up fast and holds the temperature very well. I really like the lighting feature on the burner switches, Blue when a burner is off and red when a burner is on which is a great reminder when burners are still on in case things get busy and you walk away from the grill you can see at a glance a burner is still on.
