We love this tv cabinet. It wasn't that hard to put together as some other customers have mentioned. We did find a few places when putting on the top, the dowls would not line up with the holes so we had skip using them. The color of the cabinet is a bit darker than the picture, but I know all pieces are unique in color. There were 4 places we had scratches and 1 chip, but instead of sending it back or requesting new pieces, WF adjusted the price for us and made it right. Overall, this is a cool piece of furniture and looks great in our living room up against our WF washable area rug. This looks good, not cheap particle board. However, I can't give 5 stars because it is so cheaply made. I don't think it's obvious unless you've assembled it. The metal is so thin- two pieces were warped from shipping . The wood is super lightweight pine. You can carve in it with a fingernail. There are already several scuffs on it before assembly. The instructions are poor. We had to take apart and put back together several times because key details were not included. Also, it shows the last step is installing glass doors, but that's impossible to do with the top piece on so I had to take it off to put doors on. There drawer has no rail or fittings , so it doesn't close all the way. In all it's better than mdf , but not worth the $ and I have serious doubts it will hold up long without scratches .. Milo. This is a nice piece of furniture. Perfect for a person on a budget and wants “wood”. It’s not high end wood and uses laminated pieces to look “thick” but it works and has a very simplistic rustic look and feel. Because it’s pine (or similar) it’s light but sturdy.
