TL,DR: The quality is good for the money and while you may have some alignment issues, overall this is a good buy. I do recommend treating the wood with a natural wood sealer (the kind used for garden beds) to protect from UV and water damage, to make it last longer. The Good: - Quality Wood - Smells Good - Hardware seems to be decent quality, hopefully it does not rust - Comes Partially Assembled, easy to put together (30 minutes, tops). The Bad: - The cross bars are only held in place with 1 or 2 staples at each joint, so they come apart very easily. - The alignment of the cross bars was wrong on one of the arbors I received so I had to disassemble it and put it back together myself with adhesive. Thankfully disassembly was easy because they are only held together by a staple or two... which is bad but in this case good? This obelisk is 6' tall with a 24" square base. It has a large finial on top and comes with 2" thick legs. The assembly instructions and screws are included. It is very easy to assemble. The strong and sturdy construction allows for it to support vegetation which makes it the perfect vertical garden structure to enhance your outdoor decor.
