My packages came into separate shipments. Both drivers were very professional and efficient and timely. The process itself was a bit frustrating as the original shipment was delayed by four days, and the second package. They didn’t even know where it was. Originally ordered July 2 and now has shown up on the 14th so 12 days. There was a big lack of communication in the process in what I could expect regarding the delivery. I love shopping at Wayfair and will probably continue to do so, but this particular purchase was very frustrating.. Craig. Minneapolis, MN. Sun Jul 26 2026

Overall this oversized sectional is really good quality, especially compared to some I’ve purchased from Wayfair in the past. The only real issue is the assembly, especially when paying this kind of money, no one wants to have to put in hours of labor. The most difficult part is shoving the oversized cushion fills into the covers. I love that everything comes off and can be washed as well. Very comfortable too.. Jennifer. Evans, CO. I wish that the Wayfair website had allowed me to buy one of the other options offered with this particular sectional as I would have gotten the option that had one more seat section instead. That said this is a small sectional that works for a small living room (seats 4 people). It is comfortable and looks nice. Since I am an older person I took advantage of having a Wayfair associate assemble this sectional. The young man who came was wonderful and did an excellent job of putting the sectional together although he did have a hard time aligning the sections to each other.
