These are the sharpest knives that i have ever purchased for home kitchen use. they feel ok in the grip, but they could be a little bigger as in the Accent Forged for the money your spending on the Classic Precision Set, i also ordered the Classic Forged steak knives to make the hole set forged and put the other knives away till needed.
