The shallow but spacious Rondeau maximizes searing potential for delicious one-pan meals and easy stove-to-oven braising. Chefs love the Italian-made Rondeau. With increased surface area comes less overlapping of ingredients, providing more of the caramelizing heat contact that adds depth of flavor. Once you’ve rendered the fat from the protein of choice, you’re free to sauté, braise, and reduce all in the same Rondeau—a one pan meal at its finest. Crafted in Italy, the Stainless Clad Rondeau is constructed from 5 layers of metals for improved heat conduction and distribution. Because it prevents the hot spots that lead to stuck-on messes, the 5-ply construction also cleans up in seconds. Its rolled rim allows you to pthe without spilling, and two looped handles make transport from stove to oven to table a breeze.

This pan is huge and really good quality. I cooked pancakes it, and they didn’t stick. It worked better than my nonstick pan.. Michael. Houston, TX. Wed Sep 23 2026

The wok cooks very well and evenly! The handles get hot quickly so use an oven mitt or pan handler to hold on them. It is virtually non-stick if you use a little oil and get it up to the right temperature. As a suggestion, maybe have a long wooden handle instead of the two short side handles as they do in Chinese woks. It's easier to hold and cook with and won't get hot.. Roderic C.. Fri Jun 19 2026

The 3-Ply Stainless Steel Viking 12 quart. Stockpot helps to achieve rolling boils in a shorter time than conventional stockpots due to the clad construction throughout the vessel. The 3-Ply Stainless Steel build allows the side of the vessel to transfer energy from the side walls as well as the bottom so that more of the pot is working to distribute heat quickly and evenly. Beautifully polished to a mirror finish the Viking stockpot is constructed with a three layers of metal - the exterior layer is a magnetic 18/0 stainless steel making this pot compatible with induction stovetops as well as gas, electric and ceramic. The next layer is an aluminum alloy to evenly and efficiently distribute the heat throughout the pot. The inner cooking layer is 18/8 surgical stainless steel that is easy to clean and non-reactive, making it an excellent surface for preparing acidic foods such as tomato based sauces. The combination of materials increases the heat transfer throughout the pan, making more efficient for cooking. The large capacity of the stockpot is ideal for preparing pastas, soups, stocks and more. The vessel's high walls minimize evaporation, making it ideal for slow simmering techniques. The Viking signature handles are mounted to the vessel with solid stainless steel rivets and are designed for easy grip even with a towel or oven mitt. Compatible with all stove types, the Viking stockpot is oven and grill friendly up to 600 degrees Fahrenheit. The Viking 3-Ply Stainless Steel 12 quart Stockpot is backed by a limited lifetime warranty. Dishwasher safe. he Viking 3-Ply Stainless Steel 8 quart. Multipot helps to achieve rolling boils in a shorter time frame than conventional stockpots, making it ideal for preparing pastas. The fitted pasta insert allows you to cook the pasta and then lift the insert directly out, leaving the water in the pot for additional rounds of cooking. The 3-Ply Stainless Steel clad construction of the multipot-multicooker combines three layers of metal to create one solid piece that is formed into the vessel, making the stockpot extremely responsive to changes in heat. The two layers of stainless steel sandwich an aluminum alloy core that evenly transfers heat from both the bottom and sides of the pot at the same time, increasing the cooking efficiency. The Viking 8 quart. Multipot is perfect for all cooking methods, including induction. The 18/8 stainless steel cooking surface will not react with foods and is easy to clean. Internal volume markings in both US and metric measurements make it easy for the cook to measure volumes accurately even when filling directly from the faucet. Also included with the multipot is a steamer insert that allows you to multi-task - boil water, cook pasta and steam vegetables all at the same time. The multipot can be used with or without the past insert, making it a versatile stock pot that can be used for chili, soups, stocks, stews and more. The signature Viking handles are mounted to the vessel with solid stainless steel rivets and are designed to be easy to grip even with a towel or oven mitt. The Viking 8 quart 3-Ply Stainless Steel Multipot-Multicooker is backed by a limited lifetime warranty and is dishwasher safe.
