Wow this thing is a beast! Battery charged rather quickly which is nice. It is a little hard to maneuver it in and out of the battery slot. However, with practice I am hoping that will become easier. Don’t use the wrench they provide. It will tear your hands up. Using this as a stair climber and descending is pretty straightforward. Maintaining pressure on the up and down button I am sure is a safety feature, but until you become a seasoned pro it takes a little finesse. Great collapsible dolly I wanted for my upcoming move and just to have on hand for future needs, as I will be living alone. As the bottom part is foldable, I don't know if it's durable enough for the full weight of 500 lbs., but it's going to be perfect for my many boxes of books.
