The chair is easy to assemble and comfortable. As others mentioned the massage isn’t very strong but my disappointment is the quality of the material on the left side of the chair.. Sandra. Carmel, IN. Tue Oct 27 2026

A dual-motor electric recliner with massage and heating functions, designed specifically for seniors; a zero-gravity recliner with adjustable armrests, a fully flat reclining position, and an adjustable headrest.

We all fight over this chair! My only complaint is that it doesn’t massage. It just vibrates. I love the heater. It also lays so far back which is so nice. This was so worth it for our family! 1010 reccomend it. Madi. Kansas. Mon Oct 12 2026

The box came split open, wasn’t happy about that. There were wires missing which I’m working with the company about that. So as of this writing the USB port doesn’t work nor the heat. I do like the chair except. The arm rest aren’t as easy to slide on as it seems. Maybe it’s me. The arm rest was labeled wrong, good thing I know my left from my right. Hope to get the wire issue resolved soon.. Jackie Doerfner. Perry, MI. Sun Nov 01 2026

Finally upgraded my home theater setup with this and its the best decision Ive made all year. The navy fabric looks way more polished than another gray or black chair, and the texture feels substantial. Cup holders in both arms are clutch for movie nights, no more setting drinks on the floor. The recliner goes back really far, basically lays you all the way out. Side pocket is perfect for the universal remote.. Dew. Tue Sep 08 2026

Bought this for my husband coming home from hospital. Arm pads are Velcro and they keep coming off so we cannot keep them on while he’s in it. Haven’t used the massageheat in FL but lift works well and is helpful. I’m 70 and put it together myself but had great difficulty trying to hook up the wires underneath some of them were kind of weird. Had a neighbor do it and he was much younger and struggled himself with it, but he eventually got it done! Every time the cat walked by it would come undone so he came back and zip tied them so they wouldn’t keep coming off. My husband‘s a big guy so it’s a little bit narrow for him, but it’s working.. I chose this chair for a friend with a broken leg having to transfer out of a rocker into a wheel chair. The rocker was difficult because of the movement and he was unable to move very easily without putting pressure on the bad leg. This chair was great for his size (~300 lbs, 5'11) and the forward tilt has been a lifesaver for him. The chair is great that it reclines at different angles and almost fully flat for him to sleep if needed as well. It arrived in 3 boxes. I assembled it myself in about an hour. The hardest part was getting the arms to go inside the rails and pushing them down all the way. It seemed very sturdy and didn't scratch the floor as I was moving it. I like the storage inside the arm rests. He will probably not use the heating/vibration functions but those are good to have just in case.. Katie R. Birmingham, AL. Mon Oct 05 2026

This recliner grounds your space in traditional style with its biscuit back and pillow top arms. Its frame is crafted from solid and engineered wood, and it's built on steel legs with a sleek black finish. This chair is wrapped in microfiber with a weathered hue for a rustic look. Foam and pocket springs give it the right amount of cushion and support during movie night. We love how the power-lift assist makes it easy to get in and out, making this ideal for people with mobility issues. It also has a side pocket that's great for tucking away remotes and magazines. Plus, this chair has three reclining positions that lock in place.

This is not the chair I thought it wanted the comfort is not there, it doesn’t give, I have low back issues . I would like to change this chair I’m so confused, I don’t know what to do, can I cancel and keep the chair that was scheduled to be returned, too much confusion. Daisy. Cleveland, OH. Easy to assemble, less than 30 minutes. Day Two: it was comfortable enough for all day off and on reading. I could feel both the massage and the heat even with a slipcover on it. Recliner was easily assembled, and has been a comfortable addition to my den. However, almost exactly at the one-year mark, the electric motors are failing. The ‘massage’ feature has devolved into an annoying buzzing which now provides feeble vibration. The lift feature is slowly fading. Fortunately, I purchased the extended warranty, which I highly recommend you do!. David. Thu Oct 29 2026

I am 6.3 and 295# The chair is sturdy. I like the wide seat, it make it easy to shift around when reclining. The chair was easy to assemble. it has two USB ports. The electric lift is very slow. My feet sticks out past the lift but is still very comfortable. It only has a leg and back adjustment. This chair does not come with a head or lumbar adjustment. It comes with a small pillow that the instructions suggest to use for the lumbar. (between seat and back hinge). For me it provided no advantage for the Lumbar. But is just Perfect for my head and neck support. I thought I would like the pop out CUP holder on one side and a wireless phone charger on the other side. . I should of gotten a chair that the holder was always available on both sides. The Side Storage is too far down on the side and not very useful. The Arms are cushy, but I wish they had flip up storage. To hide my remotes. When I use the "ejection" seat lift. the remote slides off the arms. The massage functions is very nice, but annoyingly starts in the "auto" mode and them sequences from back, lumbar, thigh and leg. I prefer normal mode and use constant back lumbar and leg massage. (Needs a memory favorite function). The heat function is nice but is limited to the lumbar portion of the chair, I wonder what it would be like to heat the legs with massage. Wayfair delivered the chair in 4 days. Instructions were very simple and generally clear. I was a little confused with the cord connections. the instruction were not clear and the pictures were not helpful. the cords have male and female connections to the controls, motors and seat components. When the cords are plugged together, One of the plugs have a hinged lock that clips to the other plug, keeping them from pulling loose. On One cord set (male and female connection) both ends had a hinged lock, I had to discard the extra lock for the other connection lock. ...At first I thought the wiring was wrong. (remember my slow comment.) But after lots of testing. I am certain all is correct. Would I buy it again? ...Yes... Would I have bought it if I sat in before buying ... not sure... Rory.
