First off , the box it came in was in terrible shape. Whole back was open, corner torn off. Thankfully all the parts were there and the chair was not damaged. But FedEx- come on . Secondly and Im no newcomer to assembling items, the assembly was not a smooth process. Some of the screws took several attempts to bite . As for the chair itself Ive used it for a couple of days. Its fine. The foot rest is rather flimsy but overall so far Im pleased with the purchase and the price.. Timothy. Saint Johns, FL. Wed Oct 14 2026

I'm blown away by how comfortable it is, how it heats and massages, and how it reclines. I could easily take a very comfortable nap in this! I work from home and my current work chair seems so dumpy now that I have this lol gonna give this new one a few weeks of use and if no major issues, I'll be purchasing a second one for my WFH setup.. So far pretty good office chair. This did not take long to assemble. It feels comfortable and supportive. The foot rest works well, especially with the reclining feature. At first the massage didn't seem like it worked the best, but it does once you position yourself right. It's the summer right now, so we haven't used the heat feature. I'll update once we do. Good size and comfortable. The option to move the massage feature from your back, to your head to removing it entirely and still having a cushion to replacement was a nice surprise. Only reason it loses a star is due to the fact the assembly instructions aren't entirely clear. It lacks specific details that would be very helpful and you're left to interpreting the images. Made the assembly more difficult than it actually is. Also, a nit pick is I wish I could raise the chair a bit higher, but overall satisfied with the purchase.. Michael. North York, ON.
