Gorgeous and soft rug. Love the thickness, the colors, and the feel. I am frustrated, however, that after 72 hours the creases have still not eased from shipping. It was folded rather than rolled for shipping. Additionally, there were a number of loose threads when I first unpackaged it. I'm hopeful that is not an indication of issues to come and rather just some debris left behind from production. I can’t believe I got this rug for the price I did! I originally ordered a smaller one for my bedroom and when I took it out of the box I laid it out in the living room room, and the colors looked so good I had to order the bigger one for my living room! I absolutely love it..but it's definitely lighter than the online pictures, I do wish it was darker but I'm very happy with it. It's neutral and blends well with my odd color couch . Also the pattern is gorgeous just enough interest without overpowering other decor! It is a thinner rug but I always use a rug pad. The only disappointment I have is it went on sale $50 less the day after I bought it and unfortunately Wayfair does not price match. Love this rug!! We bought it in two sizes and are very happy with it. A couple of things to note however: 1) The "speckled" looming may not be even, so be prepared for that. We did have to exchange one rug out because the looming had one random large clump in only the brown colored thread so it looked like a mud stain. Wayfair exchanged it with no issues. 2) This is a wool rug, and after being wrapped in plastic and shipped it did smell like wet dog. It takes about 3-4 weeks to fully air it out. 3) Because of the knotted loom, you must be very careful when vacuuming it. Only use the highest pile setting so as to not allow any brushes/bristles to touch the rug or it will snag. and 4) Be prepared for your vacuum canister to fill up with lint completely at least through the first 3-4 times of vacuuming it. So I ended up returning this item but I give it 5 stars anyways because the problem was that it didn't match my existing furniture, not that there was anything wrong with it.
