This bed is stunning. It’s timeless and classic. I’ve had it for several years in two different homes. The first picture was in a much larger space with the canopy. This canopy bed infuses your main or guest bedroom with a sophisticated, classic style. The open frame is crafted from metal tubing and stands 72” high. We love that there is more than 12” of under-bed clearance, which is enough room for a couple of storage bins filled with seasonal apparel or extra bedding. This metal bed has sturdy slats that provide a solid foundation for your mattress. The system of slats eliminates the need for a box spring – simply top it with the standard mattress of your choice (sold separately). Besides, assembly is required, but from what we hear, it’s pretty straightforward.

I really enjoy the simple look of this bed; however it took me 2 returns to get the appropriate parts. Silly me, the boxes come as King 2, and Queen 1. Nothing on the box says to use "Queen 1" box for the King box 1 and no one in customer service could explain this to me either. The bed looks great now that I finally get it!. Susan. Centerville, MA.
