We just moved into a brand new house so I'm needing a LOT of furniture some of which comes from Wayfair. Putting together this desk definitely needs two people. It took approximately 6 hours and the instructions were pretty clear, all in English. If you don't mind the drawers feeling like cardboard, it's a great deal. It is sturdy and practical. The top is a heavy board that is edge and finger joint glued together and finished in veneer. The legs are also fingerjointed boards. It generally looks nice, but the finish is quite sloppy. there are some rough spots where it was not thoroughly sanded too. I purchased this table because it was on sale. Cute desk. Took several hours to assemble. I wish the instruction would have descriptions rather than just pictures. Don't use power tools. The hardest part to follow was the railings for the drawers, I got some of them backwards and had to fix when I got to the drawer assembly. This desk was exactly what I was looking for to upgrade my home office. The shipping boxes had some damage but inside the parts were well protected. The instructions were OK but there were a few minor issues (eg it said you needed 6 screws but it was 5) nothing that common sense couldn’t resolve.
