I love this dining set. It is beautiful. Sitting at it with guests feels comfortable, warm, and cozy. The chairs are well padded. There was a problem with the upholstery on one of the chairs and customer service took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. I bought two benches, the instructions were labeled with different codings, which confused me in doing the second bench. The screw driver included is inferior and had too small of handled.
