Zody is designed to accommodate a sitting position and a "perch" position when your standing desk is raised. This adjustment supports the in-between posture that's half sitting, and half standing, and it's the only chair in North America to offer it. Built with over 20 years of independent field studies and knowledge, Zody is the most researched chair on the market. The exclusive asymmetrical lumbar support mimics the anatomy of your spine and lets you fine-tune comfort on either side. And it’s not only good for your body. It’s good for the planet, too. The chair felt very comfortable and the lumbar support is helping my back to not get so stiff after sitting down for sometime. The color is a bit darker orange than the pictures but it's not that much off. the only thing that I am missing or haven't found yet is how to make the back stay in one position rather than leaning back and forth. Overall I am very satisfied with this purchase.. Mo. Lake Oswego, OR. Fri Feb 28 2025

Chair is very high quality, it has a very solid feel and is really well made. Assembly took less than a minute and required no tools. Lots of seat adjustments and overall a great purchase. The only thing I'm not exactly crazy about is that the seat cushion is pretty hard and can get uncomfortable after a while. Overall I don't regret the purchase. Great chair.. Matt. Aurora, IL. The gold standard in office seating, the chair redefines the concept of traditional task chairs.

I spend a lot of time on my computer editing photographs and this chair is a comfy, good posture reminder. Only negative is that the "freedom component" for the backrest doesn't work for me (pushes against me) as I am a 125 lb. weakling. Hahah. I think if you're a much larger framed and jacked person it may work for you.... Marianne. Sun Feb 12 2023

The Amia chair has a secret. Beneath the Amia chair's upholstery, inside its sleek backrest, there's a unique comfort system called live lumbar™ technology. You may not see it, but you'll certainly feel it. As you sit in the chair an adjustable live lumbar™ zone flexes with your every move for consistent ergonomic support for your lower back, hour after hour, day after day. The Amia chair was designed by Steelcase in collaboration with industrial designer, Thomas Overthin of IDEO.

I LOVE my navy and silver task chair. The upholstery is perfect; very smooth for my sensitive skin. I cannot believe how lucky I am to have this ergonomic task chair with all the bells and whistles that work so easily. The lumbar feels so good on my back. The arms are so flexible to move any which way I need them to. The casters are perfect for my hardwood floor; I can flip from one area of my desk to the other freely. It was so easy to take the well-protected chair out of the packaging. It is a fantastic buy. The entire experience was exceptional and I am thrilled. Thank you Wayfair for selling Steelcase and thank you Steelcase for still being the #1 manufacturer of task chairs after all these many years! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!. Carolishca. Lake Worth, FL. Think® is a chair intelligent enough to understand how you sit and adjust yourself intuitively. It's thoughtful enough to measure and minimize, its lifelong impact on the environment. It's almost as if the chair could Think. Left to their own devices, an engineer, designer, and pair of environmentalists might each create a very different chair. This Gesture chair was designed by Steelcase to be confident, intentional, and highly evolved with simple sophistication. The design was meant to inspire confidence that it would deliver a great experience time and time again. The key design driver was to fundamentally rethink the chair based on the movement of the human body and the way we work today. Gesture won the Neocon Gold Award in 2013.

Very happy with the colors I chose. Quality of material is high. It arrived pre-assembled in a giant box. It was well wrapped and there's not a nick or scratch on the chair. Since working from home I burnt through a $400 chair in 2.5 years. I decided to make the investment in a higher quality chair. So far when I sit in it my sciatica goes away and my body is just immediately comfortable. I'm only 5'3" and my feet can actually firmly be on the ground. Very happy that I went with the Gesture. It adjusts to fit my height and the arm rests come in closer. I think this chair would still be great for average height people, but it's adjustable so that it works for smaller builds too.. Sg. USA. The gold standard in office seating, the chair redefines the concept of traditional task chairs. Designer Niels Diffrient aimed to design an office chair that automatically adapts to the user, allowing them to move freely from posture to posture.

Have this chair at work (with headrest) so ordered for my office at home now we’re working from home more. It’s very sturdy and comfortable. Good lumbar support which was the primary reason I spent the money - I knew what I was getting for the price. Noticed an immediate difference with my sciatic pain. Assembly is very easy - no tools just attach the base to the seat. The thing I like about this chair is you can lean and the arms lean with you. Also the arms are adjustable.. Sandy. Aurora, IL.
