The chair is comfortable. I sat in the chair in the store for 90 minutes doing work - computer, reading, and hand writing. (Thank-you staff for letting me do this on a slow Monday morning.) It was a positive outcome in the store. Now that I have this chair in my home office, it works very well, there too. The reason that I am not rating it 5 stars: the arms are comfortable, but not as adjustable as I would like. One annoyance is that the pictures on the construction instructions did not match the chair. I was still able to fully assemble, adjust, and place the new chair in the home office in under 20 minutes from delivery. The auto-adjusting lombar support works well. The chair itself is extremely comfortable. Unlike other ergonomic chairs, the design and color are absolutely perfect. It offers plenty of features and adjustments, making it easy to dial in the perfect posture. The chair felt very comfortable and the lumbar support is helping my back to not get so stiff after sitting down for sometime. The color is a bit darker orange than the pictures but it's not that much off. the only thing that I am missing or haven't found yet is how to make the back stay in one position rather than leaning back and forth. Very happy with the colors I chose. Quality of material is high. It arrived pre-assembled in a giant box. It was well wrapped and there's not a nick or scratch on the chair. Since working from home I burnt through a $400 chair in 2.5 years. I decided to make the investment in a higher quality chair. So far when I sit in it my sciatica goes away and my body is just immediately comfortable. I'm only 5'3" and my feet can actually firmly be on the ground. Very happy that I went with the Gesture. It adjusts to fit my height and the arm rests come in closer. I think this chair would still be great for average height people, but it's adjustable so that it works for smaller builds too.. Sg. USA.
