The delivery for this couch was wonderful. They updated my time window for delivery the night before, and messaged me an hour out to let me know they were on their way. The crew got it in and assembled very quickly, and I love the cushions and depth of this couch. Compared to some of the other couches I’ve seen from Wayfair, these are much more filled and soft and plush. It’s a light couch, and easy to move, but feels sturdy. okay love how the couch came out! I had a family friend build this and it took him a couple hours alone. I would say it was relatively easy. however the pillows are flatter than i assumed, they don’t have much structure to them in terms of laying on them , but that makes sense with them acting as the “back board”. I would recommend adding some pillows to lounge on instead of these. The comfort of it is alright, still kinda stiff feeling but i’m hoping when i use it more i’ll kinda break it in.
