Overall good, solid product. The top looks like real wood but it is actually a wood veneer. The cabinets were troublesome to hang. We love this buffet. We had bought a black one and a white one. The directions are 95 excellent, there were a few challenges, but overall, it wasn’t difficult to put together. The 5 that we caution people on is step 16 and 17 regarding the second phase of putting the drawer slides in. These steps were difficult to understand. You have to bring the pieces to the work area to figure it out. We both were working on a piece at the same time and came across the exact same issue. We enjoy putting items together like this and saving money, but this one took so long, about six hours, (there are 37 steps for assembly) that we agreed it would’ve been better to have Wayfair do it. for the hundred bucks a piece.. I'm very pleased with this cabinet. It was delivered by FedEx and arrived with no damage at all. The contents in the box were pack very well. It took about 3 hours to assemble, the instructions were easy to follow. I did use my own screw driver and allen wrench. Once assembled it sits very sturdy. Exactly what I wanted. I was fortunate enough that my church has a toolbox ministry and several men who do things for seniors and two of the guys came and put this together for me. They had absolutely no trouble although for two of them, it did take them almost 3 hours. But it’s put together perfectly. There were a few screws missing but they had some to make up for those. Very, very pleased with this, exactly what I was looking for and it goes quite well with the pantry I bought from Wayfair that stands next to it, another piece that I absolutely love and could not do without..
