Fairly easy to assemble I put it together alone and my nephew came and helped me turn it upright and level it. The ball roll is a little slow but I think that when the felt gets worn down a little it should improve. Best price I could find for a table with the ability to replace the cloth. The table itself is great. You do have to make sure itll level all around since it comes in four pieces. My only concern is how heavy the box is when it comes. It was VERY heavy. We could barely get it inside with two people, so its no wonder the table was damaged in transport. The box was clearly dropped on two corners. One of those resulted in damage to the table.
