I’ve been wanting something like this for a while. This is exactly what I’ve been looking for. Something very sturdy to hold my heavier cats something I’m not gonna worry is going to tip over. Easy to put together and lots of room for all my kids. It took them a little bit to get used to it and start climbing on it. I sprayed it with catnip spray and that helped a lot. I purchased this for my mobility challenged ( tripaw ) cats. The spacing will allow them to safely climb without me worrying about falls as much. Yes it's expensive BUT .. the quality of the wood is exceptional. I am a little concerned the carpeting is very thin and it may become an issue with shredding- hopefully not! I will update this review in a few months on the durability of the carpet. We have a rescue and this tree is a hit with everyone. My cat certainly approves! This came quickly, was easy to assemble and the quality was definitely there in the make and materials. I wanted the pink, but was often sold out. In hindsight, the yellow actually worked perfectly with my gold curtains and sage green wall. I've had this for several months and have unfortunately had to test out cleaning up the 'leaf' and the white cushions a few times due to some hairballs..but it was super easy to spot wash and air dry! The directions were difficult to follow. Yes you can look at the pictures and figure it out, and I did. They enclosed gloves, which was a ice touch, because they must have known the difficulty in getting the wood spindles in the holes. I had to hit them with a hammer to get them in and then screw in with Allen wrench. However, once assembles, the product is study, pillows are soft and Velcro is there to keep them in place.
