The bed looks great and feels sturdy once fully assembled. I love the extra storage space and how it maximizes room layout. However, my order was missing some parts, which was frustrating. Wayfair’s customer service was helpful, and they offered me a partial refund, but I still had to take the time to find and replace the parts myself. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase, but I recommend checking for all parts upon arrival. If everything had been included from the start, this would have been a perfect 5-star experience. took me 4 hrs to assemble. good quality but the slats at the top feels thin I’m worried it might broke. i haven’t put the mattress yet so we’ll see i also feel like its missing another wood for the bottom part which should hold the 2 poles on the right side. overall it looks very nice and i got it on sale so im happy with it.. Cute end result, but prepare for a challenging assembly!This loft bed is absolutely adorable once finished, but getting there was quite a project. It took us two days to complete. During assembly, we ran into a few quality control issues: some necessary bolt holes were completely missing, and several of the pre-drilled holes were misaligned.A quick safety tip: It is a bit wobbly on its own. We are very happy with this loft bed. It looks beautiful, feels sturdy, and has really helped maximize the space in my daughter’s room. She now has plenty of room underneath for studying, doing her makeup, and storage. The only issue was the ladder. The steps are narrow and hard on bare feet, and the included pads would roll and didn’t provide enough cushioning. We solved this by adding foam padding around each rung and covering it with soft material. It made a huge difference and the ladder is now much more comfortable to use. This bed turned out really nice! I love all the storage it has. It takes about 8 hours to assemble. The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because the drawers don't open very far, and all the bolts used to put this together are very visible, which I thought was a little strange. See pictures.
