Comfort: The seating could be couple of inches deeper.. would be perfect for formal living room. But I am using for family room. May need a ottoman for better comfort. Hopefully the firmnes will reduce.. Madhurima. Palo Alto, CA. Sun Feb 03 2019

If this couch came with white glove delivery, velcro across the bottom of the slip cover, and better instructions, it would have 5 stars. Let’s start with the positive feedback. It’s beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Now onto the not so positive feedback. First, it is packaged so well that it became a nightmare to unwrap. It took me two hours to properly get every item out of the box. Second, the slip cover was so wrinkled that I had to iron the entire thing or the couch would have looked a mess. Third, the slip cover needs Velcro for the bottom because it does not lay properly so I’m going to have to add Velcro so that it can lay properly underneath. But for those things, this couch would get five stars. The color is superb, and it is plush and deep. Please offer white glove delivery!. Andi. South Bend, IN. Tue Aug 11 2026

Nice sofa. It was tight fit to put together so follow the instructions if tge fasteners shoujd be left loosened before next piece install. I woukd personally swap i believe was tge long brace for installing next piece and return to it after next piece cones in play. Sofa is little stiff as others mentioned, but still quite comfortable. Easy to get out of due to that stiffness. The angle of the back piece coukd be less not to lean so far from the sitting position. Happy with tge price point (sale). Nice color.. Radek.
