There was a problem with the upholstery on one of the chairs and customer service took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. We purchased six chairs and they came across USA in three days and were delivered 3 days early, WOW! The boxes were in excellent condition and packed very well. The instructions were easy to follow them. All of the hardware was there and each chair came with an Allen wench and a number 13 metric wench. I have assembled four chairs and all of the wood finish as well as the fabric were in very good condition. The finish on the wood is an antiqued aged finish with a simi gloss varnish. We have a 54" round country table and they look great with it. A note to assembly; hand tread all bolts before tightening, then tighten each bolt a little and keep rotating around the bolts until they are all tight. Do not tighten a single bolt at a time. After tightening, let the chair sit awhile then come back and tighten each bolt a little again. Beautiful console but those hinges are hard to align. Setup was fairly easy until it got to the cabinet and hinge. I am still unable align them. So keep that in mind before assembling it yourself. I really like these chairs! They’re comfortable and provide great support, and overall I’m very happy with how they look and feel. I’m giving them four stars because the assembly instructions are not very clear. The first chair took us way too long to assemble because we followed the instructions exactly as they were shown. It wasn’t until we finished the first chair that I realized the instructions are actually in the wrong order. I started with the last step instead, and after that, assembling the other chairs was super easy and much faster. For a moment, we honestly regretted buying them because the first one was so frustrating to put together. But once we figured out the correct way to assemble them, it really wasn’t that bad. Really nice looking dining room table and chairs. We had some difficulty putting the chairs together. They all seem to be a bit uneven (Small rocking on the chairs). We found that rocking was greatly improved when we added a silicon sleeve on the bottom of each chair leg (which we were going to add anyway for our hardwood floors). It’s an attractive table. This dining set met my expectations and seems to be made overall. The white glove delivery experience was very efficient and positive. My only negative concerns two of the six chairs in my set. These chairs are shipped pre-assembled and two have a significant wobble. One of the two has a factory defect where one of the leg screws was stripped and will not tighten.
