It is very comparable in sound and pressure to the same desk top fan that I use in my bedroom. The item arrived well packaged and installation was relatively easy. The very last part of install was the light and there were two male connections instead of a male female, but just cut the end off and hardwired it not a big deal. I was expecting the blades to look more natural. They are plastic and they look like plastic. Everything else is metal and high end. The fan works perfectly and so does the light.
