Fairly easy to build, I did it myself in a little over an hour. My daughter hasn’t used it yet but it seems pretty durable and I think she is going to enjoy it a lot. My only complaint is that, while I know wood grain can come with natural imperfections, I wasn’t expecting this much minor aesthetic damage, but not enough to really complain and send back (some of the white in my picture is styrofoam I haven’t gotten off yet). We are so happy with this playhouse! Our daughter is 2 (almost 2.5) and has been absolutely obsessed with it since the day we set it up. The pizza oven and grill are such cute features and honestly what sold us — she loves “cooking” for everyone and serving little pizzas all day long. The working doorbell was also such a fun surprise and adds a really interactive touch that keeps her entertained. There are so many little details that make it feel extra special without being overwhelming. It took a few hours to setup but was overall fairly easy.
